RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Undamaged, unopened product purchased from WingWallex.com is eligible for return in exchange for a full refund up to 30 days after it leaves our facility. Personalized/customized product is not eligible for a refund.
To request a refund, e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. Ship items to be returned with their original packing slip to the following address:

Refunds are issued via the original purchase method upon receipt of items. Failure to follow these instructions may result in forfeiture of returned items.
5-YEAR WARRANTY TERMS
We guarantee our products to be free from defects due to faulty material or workmanship. The period of the guarantee commences from the date of delivery to the purchaser, either by us or by our distributor as specified.
Warranty Term 5 Years
The prescribed maintenance schedule must be carried out in order to qualify for the 5-year term of the warranty; failure to do so will void the warranty term. All maintenance must be recorded in order to support a claim if necessary.
What is covered
Our liability is limited to the replacement of parts found to be defective and making good defects found within the prescribed period arising solely from faulty materials or bad workmanship in the products of our own manufacture, properly used solely for the purposes for which they were designed and intended.
What is not covered
Parts that have failed due to unfair wear and tear, misuse, neglect or improper adjustment.
All claims should be notified to WingWallex sales department by e-mail at email@example.com who will authorise necessary repairs or the replacement of pump or rams.
Pieces are required to be returned to Tenzeg LLC premises for repair or replacement.
We or our agents are in no circumstances liable for any consequential loss or damage arising through any defect in our product.
